On this episode of the official Ask a Clean Person podcast, Deadspin’s own Diana Moskovitz joined me to talk all about pet messes. Diana is a noted lover of cats, you see. So in her honor, and to draw on her vast knowledge of the fine and fancy messes that cats can make, we devoted the first segment of this episode to the subject of cleaning up kitty vomit.
In the second segment, we turned our attention to dog messes, because I believe in equality. We took a question about dog pee on a couch, and talked generally about the cleaning of urine, whether feline, canine, or human. One note Diana wanted to make that we didn’t touch on (probably because we were too busy making fun of Tom Brady, which seems fair?) is that it’s important to remember to let whatever cleaning product you’re using sit for a spell to do its work.
I also got exceedingly excited while talking about vomit absorbent, so much so that Diana described for the listeners the glimmer that appeared in my eye when I broached the subject. To hear that fun bit, as well as the rest of the episode with the lovely Ms. Moskovitz, head here or to iTunes, where you can also subscribe.
